We understand how disappointing this can be and we want to absolutely apologize for those times you find yourself in this unfortunate situation. Most often these occurrences are completely unavoidable. We have chosen to embrace this dilemma on our website as we are committed to buying the finest, freshest spices possible and this typically means that we are dealing with smaller producers and suppliers. Many times, the demands that we place on our supply partners will wipe out their already limited supply! Now while they certainly are appreciative of the business, there isn’t a way for them to just quickly crank out more product(s). The only way to really prevent this from occurring would be for us to stock up on inferior, mass-produced spices, and that is just not what we’re about.
Many times, we will have a pretty good idea of when we will be receiving our next shipment of an out-of-stock item. But if we aren’t exactly sure when a particular product is coming in, we aren’t satisfied with the quality or if we are aware that it won’t be arriving for quite some time, we will remove it from the website so that we don’t get your heart set on something we’re out of.

We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. We also offer FedEx’s 2-Day and Overnight services for when you need your spices in a hurry. For orders shipping by FedEx ground, we use both of their ground delivery networks – FedEx Ground for commercial deliveries and FedEx Home Delivery for residential deliveries.

Orders shipping to APO and FPO addresses ship USPS Priority Mail. Please call us at 561-448-2600 if you require additional information. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands ship USPS Priority Mail.

Orders placed before 3:30pm Eastern generally ship the same day for in-stock orders using either FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that our 3:30pm Eastern order cutoff time is a company goal that we do our best to meet on a daily basis. Occasionally there may be situations when we will not be able to meet the shipping cutoff goal.

We ship from Florida and most orders will be received within 1-5 business days. If you need a specific arrival date, give us a call and we will gladly let you know what we have to do to get it there on that day. FedEx does not deliver on Sundays and some Holidays. Saturday delivery is available to some zip codes.

If you have a deadline to meet and must receive your order by a specific date, we encourage our customers to use one of the FedEx express shipping options such as FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2Day which are given processing priority everyday up until 3:30pm Eastern, Monday – Friday.

We ship to all 50 states and US territories however, due to the requirements of international customs we are not able to cost effectively ship to many other parts of the world.

While it does not happen often, occasionally we may run out of product when trying to fill your order. Typically, we will reach out to you to explore your options in this scenario. You may opt to wait for the product to be restocked or you can ask for a refund on the items that were not in stock. If you choose to backorder your product, it will ship out for you as soon as it becomes available again. All backorders will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS. Unfortunately, if you paid for expedited shipping on your original order, that would not apply to your backorder. If you are interested in expediting your backorder as well, there will be an additional shipping charge.

If you have received an active or approved Coupon or Discount Code from Florida Boy Spice Co., you may apply that code at the checkout. Simply click on the “view cart link” and you will see an option to enter your coupon or discount code. Once you click apply, you will see the discount reflected at checkout.
Please be advised, we do not publish any coupon or discount codes on third party sites for general use. Our coupon and discounts are often sent by one of our official email communications. If you are unsure if your coupon code is valid or not, please email us at info@floridaboyspiceco.com and we will be able to confirm for you.

We accept the credit cards MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover as well as payment through your PayPal account.

Because we are not a retail store we cannot accommodate walk in orders. We operate on a batch processing system which means all orders must be placed either online or over the phone.

If your order arrives and an item has been damaged during the shipping process, please send an email to info@floridaboyspiceco.com with the following information so one of our support specialists can assist you:

• Full name and email address used on the order
• The name of the item/s that were damaged
• Photos of the damaged items
• A brief description of the damaged items (broken lid, open seal, or any other details that would help us identify the problem)

Satisfying customers is absolutely our top priority. That’s why we want to make sure that you are happy with each purchase you make with us. We so strongly believe in the quality of our products that if you decide you are unsatisfied with even a single item in your order, you can contact us and we will work with you. Initiate your return within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any returns outside of that 72-hour window, or returns that were “refused at delivery,” will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. We can only accept returns of unopened product at this time. There will be absolutely zero returns, reships, or refunds for products after 30 days. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on returns or cancelled orders.

We are always sorry to hear when a customer wants to return their order. We are legally unable to accept any opened products back at our facility. If you want to return unopened bottles, simply ship your order back to our facility at the following address:

Once shipped, simply email us info@floridaboyspiceco.com and send us your tracking information. Once we confirm we have received your shipment we will go ahead and issue a refund. The refund process takes 5-7 business days to reflect onto your account.
Florida Boy Spice Co. will only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Florida Boy Spice Co. and in accordance with the following:

1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Refunds may take at least one week to process.
3. Product – Must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
4. To be considered for a refund, Florida Boy Spice Co. must receive the respective item within fourteen (14) days of the item’s purchase date. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card / PayPal used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. Florida Boy Spice Co. may also provide store credit or a gift card in place of a refund, if desired.
5. Purchaser is responsible for procuring shipment and for the merchandise arriving at Florida Boy Spice Co. facilities.
   The original packing slip is required for merchandise to be considered for reimbursement.
   Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the time it takes for the item to be returned.

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly after you have placed your order, email us at info@floridaboyspiceco.com and a customer service agent will correct your address. Please note, we cannot guarantee a change of address if the order has shipped.

If your order is delivered with missing or wrong item(s) simply follow these steps so we can have your order corrected.

• List the wrong or missing item(s)
